Online applications are invited for the ‘2025 COMMONWEALTH Scholarships UK for MASTERS’s TENABLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM’ for pursuing full time Master’s Degree Courses commencing from September/October 2025. The Scholarships are offered by the Commonwealth Scholarship uk Commission (CSC), UK.

The Commonwealth Scholarships uk Provided under six Developmental Themes :

Commonwealth Scholarships uk Commission’s Online Application System (OAS):

10 September 2024 to 15 October 2024 (21:30 IST)

Ministry of Education portal (SAKSHAT Portal):

10 September 2024 to – 31st October, 2024

Eligibility :

1. The applicant must be citizen of India.
2. The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
3. The applicant must be available to start his,4rer academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in September/October 2025.
4. (50-597o marks in graduation) and a relevant postgraduate qualification (a Master’s degree)

NOMINATION CRITERIA :

A. Applicants who can provide proof of receiving confirmed offer of admission till I6.00 hrs of 31.10.2024 in any UK University listed at the CSC Website https://cscuk.fcdo.gov.uk/uk-universities/ shall be considered for nomination.

Among the candidates satisfying criteria A above, points based on the following parameters will be awarded to each candidate, which will be used for further shortlisting for nomination from India.
(i) Candidates choosing the option to return to India after completion of the course and work
in India for at least 2 years:4 points
(ii) Undecided/No: 0 points

Candidate is from a disadvantaged background or to promote diversity:

1. ST/ SC/ NC-OBC/ PwDi EWS: 4 points
2. Female/ Transgender: 2 points
3. Others: 0 points

Selection Mode :

The final selection is made by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission

Application Process :

1. Apply online through the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission’s Online Application System and the Ministry’s SAKSHAT Portal. (Apply Link provided in important links section)
2. After submit application student provide their passport photo, offer latter from any university of UK and necessary document.
3. After all this Ministry of human resources development shortlist candidate and call for Interview in new Delhi.
