Tenure of engagement :
The typical appointment duration is three years. This period may be extended for a maximum of two additional years, provided the individual’s performance is deemed satisfactory and the Institute continues to necessitate their services. The Selection Committee will conduct yearly assessments of the appointee’s performance.
Remuneration :
The individual selected for these positions will be paid a fixed monthly salary. The specific amount will be determined by the Selection Committee, considering the candidate’s experience level, as documented in writing by the Committee.
